Overview
As an event admin, you can easily export attendance data for events with Check-In and Check-Out enabled. The export provides a CSV or Excel file with a detailed list of attendees, including the time and method they used to check in or check out. This helps you maintain accurate records, analyze engagement, and share attendance data with stakeholders.
How to Export Attendance Data
Option 1: From the Web App
- Access the Events - Log in to Raftr’s Web.
- Go to the Raft in which the event is created.
- Open the Events tab and select the event you want to review.

- Open the Attendance List - Depending on the event status, click View checked-in Attendees or View checked-out Attendees.
- This will display the list of all attendees who completed the action.

- Export as CSV - Click the three dots button (⋮) in the top-right corner of the attendee list.
- Select Export as CSV.

- Download the Report
The file will download to your device and contain:- Attendee information (name/user ID)
- Check-in or check-out time
- Method used (e.g., QR code, admin check-in, location verification)

Option 2: From the Admin Portal

- Navigate to Events Manager.

- Select the Event - Click the three dots button (⋮) next to the event you want to review.
- Select View invited members.

- Export the Data - Click the three dots (⋮) again at the top-right corner of the member list.
- Choose the export format (CSV or Excel).

- What’s Included in This Report
Unlike the Web export, this report provides additional details, including:- User name and email
- Check-in or check-out status
- Date and time of the action
- Method used (QR code, admin, location, etc.)

Pro Tips
- Use the exported file to share attendance data with your team or institution.
- Combine this data with feedback reports to get a complete view of event participation.
- Keep separate exports for check-in and check-out if you want to analyze arrival vs. departure patterns.
